A New Way To Report Issues!
You have the option to upload a photo with your request as a visual reference to help communicate to staff the issue. The request is routed to the appropriate department for resolution.
The City of McMinnville staff normally responds to requests Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm unless the issue is urgent. If the request is normal priority and comes in on a holiday, weekend, or after-hours, it will be addressed on the next business day.
The widget, which is linked below but can also be found on our homepage by clicking the 'Submit a Request' button, allows you to make service requests, discover existing problems that have been reported, and even share scenic pictures from around town!

To report an issue or share a picture:
1. Choose a Category.
2. Enter an Address.
3. Confirm your location or the location of the issue.
4. Enter a Title (required), additional description (optional), and attach an image (optional).
5. Click Submit.

If you have a smartphone and would like to report an issue, please download the SeeClickFix app by clicking the three dots in the website widget.
