The Lot - Initial Planning Session
A planning session will be held at the McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce Community Room on Wednesday, 4/17/24, at 4:00 pm to discuss The Lot.
This will be a joint planning meeting with the Tourism Development Board and the BoMA. This will be an informal discussion, and subsequent planning sessions may be required. Items to be considered include, but are not limited to -
- Is this a project that the BoMA supports overall?
- If so, what is the overall vision of The Lot?
- Do we want to proceed in phases, with Phase 1 being a pad, Phase 2 being a stage, and Phase 3 being something like the two-tiered seating area or other?
- What level of contribution is expected from TDB, the City, and other interested parties? Does the Board welcome partnerships with local businesses? Should we seek grants?
